Plain language about what we collect, how we use it, and who sees it.

This policy applies to spencerlifeagency.com and any forms, tools, calculators, or scheduling links connected to it. If you visit the site, fill out a form, take the scorecard, use a calculator, or book a call, this explains what happens to your information.
When you fill out a form or take the scorecard, we collect what you type in: typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation.
During a consultation you may share more, such as your age, health background, and general financial picture. That information is used to prepare accurate quotes and recommendations.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account information, or detailed medical records through website forms. Sensitive information belongs in the formal application or another secure process, and we will walk you through that when the time comes.
The Freedom Date calculator on the Debt Elimination page runs entirely inside your browser. The numbers you enter there are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
This site uses Google Analytics 4. Google sets cookies and similar identifiers that collect information such as your IP address (which Google may truncate or otherwise process), device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and interactions like button clicks, form submissions, and calculator use. This helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck.
Google processes this data under its own terms. You can learn about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Our web host records standard server information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering and securing the site.
Pages that embed or link to YouTube videos may cause Google to set cookies or collect data when you interact with that content, under Google's own policies.
Google Analytics (Google LLC). Website analytics and event tracking, as described above.
Formspree. Processes form submissions from this site and delivers them to our email. Formspree receives the information you submit and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Calendly. Appointment scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you enter and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Netlify. Website hosting and delivery.
Google Workspace. Business email, which receives and stores messages you send us.
Each of these companies handles data according to its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We share your information with them only as needed to operate the site and respond to you.
To respond to your inquiry, prepare insurance quotes, schedule and conduct consultations, follow up about coverage options, service any policy you place, improve the website, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
If you move forward with an application, your information will be shared with the insurance carrier or carriers involved, and may be shared with parties they use in underwriting, such as medical information services, prescription databases, laboratories, and reinsurers. Applying for insurance requires this, and we will tell you which carrier we are working with before you apply.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or just tell us and we will stop.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send it to third parties who have no role in serving you or operating this site.
We do not currently use Google advertising features such as remarketing or demographic reporting. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
Inquiry and consultation records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping requirements that apply to insurance producers, which vary by state and are often several years. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account. If you want your information deleted, contact us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, and we limit sensitive information to what is genuinely needed. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you have concerns about sending something sensitive online, call or text instead.
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the contact information below and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor those requests the same way.
If anything significant changes about how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, reach out directly.
